Technology Process Flow Chart
A typical PCB recycling plant would include the following components:
• Infeed Conveyor Belt – easy and even feeding of the waste materials to the double shaft shredder
• Double shaft shredder – high impact grinding of the shred for size reduction
• Conveyor Belt – transports the shredded fractions from the shredder
• Air filter –removes dust and fines from the system and filters the air before returning it to atmosphere
• Cyclone Separator– separation of solids and liquids
• Metal plastic Separator – separation of metals and plastic
•Electro static separator – separation of Conductors and non conductors, Metal and non metals.
•Vibrating screen–filter the materials
•Hammer crusher–make the more fine size ,special for metal and hard materials
• Eddy Current Separator – separation of non-ferrous metals
•Collecting hopper– collect the final materials
•Integrated Control Panel
