General structure
1.Wastewater grinder is an all-in-one machine, including: driving device, gear case, cutter area, seal assembly, machine frame, PLC control system etc. By the driving of motor, through the drive shaft speed reducer drive, again by the drive shaft through the gear drives the driven shaft, thus promote both groups do opposite rotary blade axis motion, flow to the follow-up process after smashing intercepting particles and liquid through the subassembly and diversion gate clearance.
2.Due to wastewater grinder is composed of a set of two-way rotating cutters, all the rubbish through it will be grind into small particles.
The cutters, are made of independent hard alloy after the hardening treatment surface evenly, wear-resisting corrosion resistance, Buffer device installed on coupler which at the head of shaft in reducer output. It has the effect of slow startup and operation of mechanical shock.
3.Equipped with intelligent detection system of the control box, it can remote control. It all can be display and settings such as short circuit、reversion times and time. Also it can provides over-current protection and fault protection such as leak and overtemperature.
4.Wastewater grinder equipped with cutter shaft double-end mechanical seal system protect bearing, horizontal shredder is equipped with double cone bearing and framing or labyrinth seal to ensure stable operation under heavy load.
